Which university between UC and CSU can provide better career in MPA Master of Public Administration

Which university between UC and CSU can provide better career in MPA Master of Public Administration?
I have taken BS in Criminal Justice and would like to pursue my carrer in MPA (Master of Public Administration). Can I get any advice what university I should go? My primary options were University of California and California State University.

Does UC even offer an MPA degree? Their grad programs are usually only PhD graduate programs.
