I've been trying to find grad schools in the U.S. that offer the MPA program with either the emergency management/homeland security or Administration of Justice for concentrations. I've had no luck-well not true, but I've only found two schools. Surely there's more? Can you guys help me out?

I suggest you check out American Military University as they offer Master's degrees in Homeland Security and Emergency Management. They are Regionally accredited and online. Check AMU out amu.apus.edu and you will like it.
